TRANSPARENT FEES

• Management Fees:

  • 8% per month + GST for unfurnished properties.

  • 10% per month + GST for furnished properties.

• Tenant Placement Fees:

  • 50% of one month’s rent + GST for rentals 5+ months.

  • 10% of total rent for rentals <5 months.

*One-Time Setup Fee: $250 for properties with existing tenants not placed by The Rentals Collective.
